A Clinical Conversation for Therapists
Working with Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse
A facilitated clinical conversation exploring how this work unfolds in practice, beyond disclosure and toward developmental understanding, pacing, and integration.
Working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse often asks something different of us than many models fully capture.

Clients may not present with a clear narrative of trauma.

Instead, the impact often emerges through relational patterns, emotional intensity, disconnection, and a persistent sense of difference.

This conversation is intended as a space for clinicians to reflect together on what this work actually requires over time and deepen how we understand and support individuals impacted by complex and developmental trauma.
